My primary area of focus is on customer service, as I feel this is the number one important thing in hiring staff members. I can train your staff in handling patient inquiries, dissatisfactions, scheduling complications, etc. Most things are teachable, and I can train your staff in running your office and handling various issues that will undoubtedly arise. What I have found is that no matter what the problem, if you have a support staff that is trained well in customer service, things normally work out better for everyone. At the end of the day, client support and satisfaction is more important than anything else in your practice.
