A safe space to explore your feelings

All of our therapy sessions are confidential and judgement-free. Sometimes people have a difficult time admitting or opening up about feelings, desires, thoughts, etc. Our sessions are designed to make you feel comfortable; they are a safe place to dive in and help you to explore, understand, and make sense of whatever may be troubling you. Therapy is a place for you to unload and unburden yourself, without having to worry about what anyone else thinks.

When you take the time to figure out what’s going on and stop ignoring an issue, a funny thing happens: You begin to feel lighter, life begins to feel better.

Address problematic thoughts, beliefs, & behaviors

We all go through difficult or challenging times in life and we develop coping mechanisms along the way. Sometimes these coping mechanisms are extremely helpful, however often times we develop habits, automatic thoughts, beliefs, or behaviors that can be counterproductive to our wellness, and ultimately cause us more harm.

In our counseling sessions we will begin to recognize and break down your unhelpful patterns, and replace them with healthier, more productive thoughts and behaviors.

The most important relationship in life is the one you have with yourself. As we begin to explore your thoughts and beliefs, we will start to uncover your goals, dreams, and needs. We will begin to understand the why to some of your thoughts and behaviors and you will ultimately be able to recognize what’s going on and respond to situations differently. Becoming more self-aware is a journey that will lead you to healthier, happier relationships, and that starts with getting to know yourself on a deeper level.
